Shipping Methods
- Standard delivery (2-5 business days) — live rate calculated at checkout
- Express delivery (1-2 business days) — live rate calculated at checkout
- Pickup from Tauriko, Tauranga — free (by appointment)
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses across New Zealand. International shipping options will be added as we expand.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during business hours. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the Track Your Order page.
